The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is an index ranging from -100 to +100 that measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company’s products or services to others.
It is used as a proxy for gauging the customer’s overall satisfaction with a company’s product or service, as well as customer’s loyalty to the brand.

In order to achieve commercial and technological leadership for Unieuro in a particularly competitive sector, we created an ad hoc TV format on one of the major TV channels. We developed an unconventional and creative campaign during 9 original episodes. We ran this campaign in partnership with Samsung to communicate a vast range of products, driving great audience engagement and an advanced and complete multichannel strategy with over 150 POS.
